The main Paper Animator isolates a subject from a source photo, converts it into a controllable paper cutout, and adds clean or torn edges, paper texture, shadow, scale, rotation, and stop-motion-inspired movement. It uses an on-device machine-learning model for subject selection; it does not generate a replacement image or invent a video from a text prompt.

## Is It Free?

Yes. As of August 29, 2026, the current Paper Animation tools and available exports cost USD 0. They do not require a subscription, one-time purchase, payment card, credit pack, user account, or login. There is no daily export quota in the product.

## Does It Add a Watermark?

No. Paper Animation does not add its logo, a branded end card, or another Paper Animation watermark to the downloaded result. ## Does It Upload Source Images?
